Job summary

c4analytics is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the technical integrity of our stack in an AI-forward environment. You will drive architecture, quality, and SDLC transformation while guiding a disciplined team to deliver reliable software.

Key areas include SOLID design, AI-assisted development, and balancing speed with correctness. Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to remediate debt and protect the codebase’s health.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in JavaScript (Node.js), NoSQL (MongoDB) and Angular.
• Experience applying SOLID principles in a modern architecture.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and mentor teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Architectural stewardship and design systems using SOLID principles.
• Lead AI-augmented development to transform how the team builds, tests, and deploys.
• Audit and transform SDLC processes to define Quality and robust reviews.
• Maintain code health by prioritizing technical debt and healthy repository health.
• Partner with Engineering Manager to prioritize the roadmap and drive delivery.
