ClearEdge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead day-to-day delivery for a core AI-enabled product, while remaining hands-on and guiding a small team. You will implement scalable, secure services and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high-impact solutions.

The role emphasizes working in hybrid/on‑prem/cloud environments, with a focus on identity/Sso, RBAC, and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; 10+ years of software experience preferred.
• Hands-on leader; spend most time writing code while guiding a small team.
• Experience with TypeScript, Python, and React for full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery for core AI-enabled product.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, conventions, and pairing.
• Own end-to-end releases across hybrid and air-gapped environments.
