Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience designing and leading large software programs.
- 2+ years hands-on AI/ML implementation and deployment.
- 6+ years with containers and microservices in the cloud.
- 6+ years CI/CD in cloud deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale software programs as an Architect or senior leader.
- Drive digital transformation and guide teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Champion AI coding assistants within engineering workflows and ensure quality of AI-generated code.
- Establish team practices for AI-assisted development and prompt engineering.
- Apply GenAI strategies to accelerate delivery across typical development workflows.
