Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking a technical leader to monitor, maintain, and support Kronos time clocks and servers, and to lead a large-scale modernization project to replace Kronos with Oracle time clocks.
This hybrid role requires 3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home, based in Secaucus, NJ. A salary range of $130,000–$140,000 per year is offered, with eligibility for annual bonuses based on performance and business factors.
Working as a key technical leader, this individual is responsible for providing comprehensive monitoring, maintenance, and support services for existing Kronos time clocks and servers. Additionally, this role acts as the primary technical lead for a large-scale modernization project to implement new Oracle time clocks, replacing the legacy Kronos systems across the business.
Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH) based out of Secaucus, NJ .
Pay Range:$130,000 - $140,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Project management training (e.g., PMP).
Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills. Occasional lifting of hardware components (up to 25 lbs) may be required during testing and deployment.
Deep understanding of time and attendance system architecture, server management, and network protocols. Knowledge of Kronos application servers and Oracle integrations.
Strong technical troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, project management experience, and cross-functional communication skills.
Standard corporate IT office environment. May require occasional on-site visits to operational facilities during hardware rollouts.
Kronos System Administration / Technical training.
Certifications related to Oracle Time & Labor or Oracle HCM Cloud.
Technical troubleshooting, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and written/verbal communication.
