Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking a technical leader to monitor, maintain, and support Kronos time clocks and servers, and to lead a large-scale modernization project to replace Kronos with Oracle time clocks.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home, based in Secaucus, NJ. A salary range of $130,000–$140,000 per year is offered, with eligibility for annual bonuses based on performance and business factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily monitoring, maintenance, and tier-3 support for Kronos time clocks and related servers.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Oracle time clock replacement project.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT Networks and Operations to gather requirements and ensure integration.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to time collection devices.
• Design and execute testing plans for new Oracle time clocks before rollout.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Serve as SME on time collection systems and train junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
