1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) automation solutions
2. Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
3. Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, integrating Pega OpenSpan with enterprise applications
4. Monitor automation performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process optimizations
5. Mentor and guide Pega Robotics developers in best practices and solution design

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
2. OR
3. High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
4. Area of experience: OpenSpan, Pega Robotics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 7+ years of experience in IT, with 4+ years in Pega Robotics/OpenSpan development and automation
2. Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) certification
3. Hands-on experience in Pega OpenSpan, RPA solution architecture, and automation orchestration
4. Strong expertise in integrating Pega Robotics with desktop, web, and legacy applications
5. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment
