Qualifications
- Senior Lead Software Engineer with observability focus and AI experience.
- Experience designing scalable logging, observability platforms and data routing.
- Proficiency with Splunk Cloud Enterprise & ES is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, networking, and CI/CD tooling.
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve observability and logging platforms.
- Build automation scripts and tools to streamline instrumentation and deployment.
- Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines using IaC and config tools.
- Build AI-native tools for autonomous issue detection and resolution.
- Lead design of distributed systems focused on reliability and performance.
