Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for its HRIS-related initiatives. The role focuses on backend API development with .NET Core and C#, and providing integration support across onshore and offshore teams.

The position is a 4-month contract based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX with hybrid on-site 3 days a week. Compensation falls in the $55–$60 hourly range, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, ESOP and 401K.

Qualifications

• Development experience with C# .Net Core for backend API and integration.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and CosmosDB databases.
• Proficiency in SQL and backlog writing for dev teams.
• Ability to collaborate with offshore teams on HRIS projects.
