Lead IT Technical Role – Addison, TX (Onsite 4 Days/Week)

I’m working with a long-standing client in the healthcare space who is looking for a Technical Lead to join their growing IT team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity requiring onsite presence in Addison, TX 4 days per week – so you’ll need to be local or open to relocating.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help drive high-impact projects, mentor a collaborative team, and bring fresh thinking to technical delivery.

• Lead a team of developers and drive end-to-end software delivery
• Remain hands-on with coding, architecture, and design decisions
• Define technical improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and Infrastructure teams
• Champion best practices around code quality, performance, and documentation
• Mentor junior developers and lead by example
• Contribute to a mix of technologies including .NET, Java, cloud (AWS/Azure), and relational databases

What They’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong background in .NET or Java, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Comfortable in Agile environments, using tools like Git
• Strong communication skills and a passion for leading technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred)
