Job summary

HeartCentrix Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a seasoned senior developer to lead HRIS integration projects. You’ll act as the go-to technical owner, guiding backend integrations, microservices, and data flows while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

No people-management duties, but strong technical leadership and backlog/story management are expected. Bring 7–9 years of hands-on experience with C# .NET Core, SQL Server/CosmosDB, API design, and CI/CD in Azure/GitHub.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in development and HRIS integration projects.
• Strong backend skills with C# .NET Core, API development and microservices.
• Proficient in MS SQL Server and CosmosDB with solid SQL.
• Experience managing backlogs and writing actionable user stories for dev teams.
• Familiarity with offshore/cross-functional teams and IT project work.
• Exposure to HRIS applications and data movement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS integration efforts without people-management duties.
• Collaborate with managers, architects, and cross-time-zone teams to drive development.
• Own technical delivery, backlog grooming, and ensuring scalable, resilient solutions.
