Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Application Development (Logistics and Dispatch) to provide technical leadership while coding alongside engineers. You will build and support applications, APIs, and integrations powering logistics, dispatch, and last-mile delivery, including routing, scheduling, and shipment execution.

The ideal candidate has strong full-stack experience with C#/.NET on Azure, plus hands-on delivery of logistics-focused solutions and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IS/Engineering or related experience.
5+ years delivering web, mobile, or integration solutions.
Hands-on Azure experience and leadership demonstrated.
Experience with logistics, dispatch, or transportation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support logistics-related applications and APIs.
Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on and mentoring engineers.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Operations to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
Lead architecture decisions ensuring scalability, security, and reliability for high-volume environments.
Drive CI/CD, reusable patterns, and AI-assisted development initiatives.
