Job summary

US LBM is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Application Development (Supply Chain) to provide technical leadership while coding alongside engineers. You will build web/mobile apps, APIs, and integrations supporting our supply chain operations, collaborating with product managers and architects to align delivery with business goals.

The ideal candidate combines full-stack expertise with strong Azure experience and domain knowledge in procurement, inventory, and fulfillment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years delivering web/mobile/enterprise or integration solutions.
4+ years of full-stack development experience.
Hands-on Azure development and cloud architecture.
Experience with procurement, inventory, and logistics domains helpful.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support supply chain applications, APIs, and integrations.
Mentor engineers, review code, and guide design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
Apply supply chain expertise across procurement, inventory, planning, and logistics.
Lead architecture to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
Drive delivery priorities, manage risks, and report progress.
Build reusable patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and development standards.
Improve processes using automation, AI, and modern app design.
Champion AI-assisted development and automated testing approaches.
Troubleshoot complex production issues while maintaining data integrity.
