You will translate customer requirements into dependable instrument behavior, drive cross-team collaboration, and produce architecture documents, test plans, and roadmaps that improve reliability and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a software/engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software-engineering experience, including instrument-control or hardware-integrated software.
• Ability to define system architecture and lead development across releases.
• Strong design, testing, documentation, and maintainability focus.
• Experience translating requirements into dependable product behavior.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and technical strategy for the instrument-control platform.
• Lead software development across releases with hands-on coding as needed.
• Design, test, document, install, and support software for sophisticated instrumentation.
• Lead design reviews and cross-product alignment.
