You will collaborate with UX, product management, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure high-quality releases. The role requires 7+ years of experience and expertise in ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and supporting software systems.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with relational database design and optimization.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or similar degree or certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of software projects using advanced concepts.
• Lead a team of engineers through the SDLC.
• Develop and maintain APIs, applications, and database models.
• Gather requirements with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and quality through testing and standards.
• Oversee deployments and post-release support.
• Drive process improvements and review code changes.
• Monitor progress and remove blockers to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate team performance and mentor growth.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate frameworks, tech and tooling choices.
