Job summary

T-CETRA is seeking a Solutions Architect Director to lead the architectural vision and ensure scalable, secure solutions for the US engineering team. You will mentor leaders, drive delivery, and shape client-facing engagements from the Dublin, Ohio area.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the Dublin, OH office and 2 remote days; you will report to the VP of Technology and guide IT development initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering and/or solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years in a Director-level or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and leading sprint-based teams.
• Ability to communicate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on coding background for meaningful design reviews.
• Experience integrating AI/GenAI into engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for US technology systems and set design standards.
• Manage US engineering team, performance, hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Oversee platform reliability, monitoring, incident reviews, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with overseas resources, define scope and quality expectations.
• Drive project delivery with Agile/Scrum and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee budget, vendor relations, and technology investments.
