Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide a hands-on engineering team in Columbus, OH. You will shape architecture, modernize core applications, and drive full-stack development using C#, .NET, React, and Azure.

You will mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure solutions, while exploring AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / modern .NET, and RESTful API development.
• Full-stack experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Background in microservices, SOA, and SQL Server.
• Track record of modernizing legacy applications or migrating monolithic systems.
• Technical leadership experience, including architecture discussions, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Aufgaben

• Design and build full-stack applications using C#, modern .NET, and REST APIs on the back end, with React and TypeScript/JavaScript on the front end.
• Lead efforts to modernize legacy applications and break monolithic systems into more flexible, maintainable services.
• Shape architecture decisions around microservices and service-oriented design.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Work with SQL Server on data modeling, performance, and integration needs.
• Run code reviews and set the bar for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, feedback, and technical guidance.
• Encourage thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor or Claude Code, to speed up delivery.
• Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver features reliably.
