Alivi Health is seeking a Lead Software Developer with deep healthcare payer domain expertise for our CapAdmin platform team. This hybrid role bridges engineering execution with payer knowledge, owning architecture, requirements validation, and SME guidance to ensure features are built right the first time.

The ideal candidate is a senior developer who understands payer workflows (UB04/CMS-1500, COB, UM, capitation) and can mentor others while delivering scalable, compliant software solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years working inside a payer platform, TPA system, or claims software.
• Hands-on with UB04/CMS-1500, COB rules, and UM workflows.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET or Java; REST/Microservices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal payer/TPA SME for workflows and claims logic.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specs before development.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers on payer concepts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Business Analysts to ensure completeness.
• Own acceptance criteria rooted in payer regulations and contracts.
