Job summary

Lennar seeks a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, test and deploy software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

You will lead full-stack delivery across Python and TypeScript, manage AWS infra via Terraform and GitHub Actions, mentor engineers, and drive CI quality gates while guiding AI coding agents to ensure code quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years with web technology stack and web standards.
• Proven leadership of a development team to achieve goals.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack delivery across Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React.
• Mentor software engineers and establish development practices.
• Direct AI coding agents to accelerate development while owning quality.
• Manage AWS infrastructure via Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Promote CI quality gates across repositories (typecheck, lint, test, build).
