Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of web tech experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of web tech experience and standards.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and leadership in Agile environments.
• Proven track record managing developers and architecting scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders; mentoring and empowering team members.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript and GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers, data teams, QA, managers and designers.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and reusable components.
• Lead planning, estimation, and forecasting for development work.
• Ensure architecture and security standards are followed.
• Write unit/integration tests and perform performance testing.
• Conduct code reviews and promote high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor software engineers and drive delivery velocity.
• Push for CI/CD improvements and robust debugging practices.
