You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will mentor engineers, enforce architectural standards, and accelerate delivery with AI coding agents while owning code quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience with modern JavaScript stacks.
• Proven leadership experience delivering full-stack web apps.
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack delivery across Python/FastAPI backends and TypeScript/React frontends.
• Collaborate with product owners, data teams, QA, UX, and project managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish CI/CD workflows, code reviews, and testing to ensure code quality.
