Job summary

ARCHER seeks a seasoned software architect to lead design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of secure, high-quality banking software. You will drive automation to improve stability, guide architectural evaluations, and champion adopting AI, LLMs, and cloud-native solutions across teams.

A strong background in Java or Python with 10+ years in engineering or architecture is preferred, including Databricks experience.

Qualifications

• Requires at least five years of applied Java or Python coding experience.
• Experience across system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, machine learning, and deploying scalable systems on AWS.

Improve operational stability through automation, guide architectural evaluations, and promote adoption of emerging technologies across software engineering teams.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of applied Java or Python coding experience, practical experience across system design, development, testing, and operations, and experience with AI, LLMs, machine learning, and deploying scalable systems on AWS. Candidates should also have strong software development lifecycle, CI/CD, agile, security, resiliency, cloud-native, and financial services knowledge; 10+ years of engineering or architecture experience and Databricks experience are preferred.
