JPMorganChase in Plano, TX seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable software. The role focuses on architecture artifacts, production stability, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Candidates should have 5+ years in software development, strong Python or Java skills, and extensive AWS expertise (ECS, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Glue, PySpark). Proficiency in SQL, Terraform, and observability tools is required.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of software engineering experience, practical expertise in system design, development, testing, and operational stability, and proficiency in Python or Java and AWS services including ECS, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Glue, and PySpark. Candidates should also have SQL and database experience, familiarity with CI/CD and Terraform, and experience with observability tools and agile, resilient, secure software delivery.
