ARCHER in Columbus, OH seeks a technically seasoned leader to design, develop, test, and operate secure software for Consumer & Community Banking Machine Learning I/O. You will drive AI-assisted engineering practices and raise SDLC automation standards across teams.

You will guide advanced Python, Terraform, AWS, Docker, and frontier-model tooling, while ensuring secure, responsible AI usage and scalable architectures that meet enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training or certification.
• 5+ years of applied experience in design, development, testing, and operations.
• Experience leading secure, responsible AI-assisted development practices.
