ARCHER is seeking a seasoned leader to guide a local software and AI/ML team, delivering AI-driven solutions in collaboration with product and business units. You will shape technical direction, own design and deployment of scalable AI systems, and promote responsible AI practices across the engineering stack.

You will drive production-grade architectures, mentor engineers, and optimize CI/CD and cloud workflows to ensure reliability and security in meeting business goals.

Formación

• Requires 5+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java or Python.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and LLM integration into production systems.
• Experience leading teams and implementing CI/CD in cloud-native environments.

Lead and mentor a local team of software engineers and AI/ML practitioners, partnering with product and business teams to define technical direction and deliver AI-driven solutions. Design, build, and operate secure, scalable software and production-grade AI/ML systems, while promoting responsible use of approved AI-assisted engineering tools and improving reliability through automation.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of applied software engineering experience, advanced proficiency in Java or Python, familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, and hands-on experience integrating LLMs, generative AI, NLP, RAG, and machine learning into production systems. Candidates should have team leadership experience, strong software design and operational skills, knowledge of responsible AI practices, and proficiency in CI/CD and cloud-native development; AWS and financial-services experience are advantageous.
