JPMorganChase in Wilmington, DE seeks a senior Java engineer to lead design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of secure, scalable Java apps using Spring Boot and AWS.

You will guide the team in responsible AI‑assisted development, drive automation and operational resilience, and collaborate with internal and external partners on technical solutions. 5+ years of experience required; financial services IT expertise preferred.

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• At least five years of hands-on system design, development, testing and operational support.
• Advanced Java experience with Spring Boot and AWS expertise.
• Leadership in responsible AI-assisted development.
