Job summary

ComTec Solutions, LLC. seeks a Software Engineering Team Lead to guide the Enterprise Systems Group. You will manage technical delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure projects meet scope and timelines while coordinating with consulting leads for quality designs.

Responsibilities include training, process improvements, ticket escalation, and direct reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Systems Group. Strong .NET and Epicor experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of Microsoft .NET programming experience.
• Epicor application experience a plus.
• Experience leading a software engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team to ensure processes deliver scope and specifications.
• Provide onboarding and training activities for new team members.
• Develop, test and document client software modifications.
• Manage project queues and ensure deadlines are met.
• Mentor and assist in hiring of Technical Team Members.
• Contribute to process improvements and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with consulting leads on quality solution design.
