Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in software and data architecture, design, development, and leadership.
Experience delivering modern apps, services, or systems at scale.
Proven ability to build and lead diverse teams.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Minimum age 18.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi‑disciplined software engineering team and set priorities for application features.
Make technical decisions with the team on architecture, DevOps, coding, and QA practices.
Ensure stellar software delivery, new design, and implementation of software components.
Own the delivery of robust, scalable, reliable, and highly available technical solutions.
Collaborate with product owners and managers to support product roadmaps.
Manage and support iterative Agile software delivery teams, data‑driven metrics, and capacity measurements to assess delivery performance.
Co‑develop people through effective performance management and ongoing feedback, focusing on stretch assignments, skill development, performance review, and time management.
Shape an inclusive culture to attract strong talent while fostering innovation, rapid tech adoption, continuous improvement, collaborative teamwork, and shipping of best‑in‑class solutions.
