You will guide architecture, lead backend initiatives, and drive cloud-native solutions across the full stack using .NET technologies. Expect collaboration with architects, PMs, and QA to deliver high-quality enterprise software.

You will mentor peers, define standards, and ensure secure, scalable services in an Agile setting, with opportunities to influence the modernization of our platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with Microsoft stack and backend development
• Leadership experience in enterprise-scale backend solutions
• Experience with microservice design and cloud-native patterns
• Experience with containerization and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS)
• Strong knowledge of API management and security practices

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise-level back-end features in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Architect and guide technology stack decisions and API design
• Mentor junior team members and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and product owners to deliver software that exceeds expectations
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments are reliable and secure
