As part of the engineering leadership, you will steer technical direction for the editor, including AI features, lead sprint output, and maintain production health

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and PHP/Laravel, plus AWS and Docker.
• Proven track record shipping AI-powered product features.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for the editor and AI features.
• Lead sprint planning, unblock engineers daily, and ensure production health.
• Push AI feature ideas grounded in real conversion data.
