Job summary

Jobtailor in Wisconsin seeks an experienced DevOps Engineering leader to manage a portfolio of cloud and on-prem infrastructure, mentor engineers, and drive automation across CI/CD, monitoring, and security.

You will collaborate with product managers and leverage AWS, GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. The role emphasizes Agile collaboration and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 4+ years in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience not counted).
• 3+ years in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 4+ years of Unix/Linux system administration experience.
• 6+ years of network engineering across multi-site networks.
• 5+ years in NetDevOps using CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Itential, Ansible, Git and Jenkins.
• 5+ years of experience with Software Defined Networking and Cisco technologies.
• 4+ years in infrastructure design and implementation.
• 4+ years in Cloud Networking (VPC, subnets, firewalls, private service access).
• 3+ years of DNS experience.
• 3+ years of monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Splunk).
• 3+ years of Agile Development experience.
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience
• 6+ years of network engineering experience designing and implementing large multi-site networks
• 5+ years of experience in NetDevOps Engineering using CI/CD tools, such as Terraform, Itential, Ansible, Git and Jenkins
• 5 years of experience with Software Defined Networking and Cisco technologies
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation
• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Networking, including VPC networking and subnets, firewalls, private service access, and linking on-premise and cloud networks
• 3+ years of experience with DNS services
• 3+ years of experience with monitoring tools (Observability, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog)
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile Development practices
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion
