Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Manager - Software Engineering (Conversions) to lead a team responsible for data conversion and migration tooling and processes.

This role partners with Implementation, Product, Project Management, and Engineering to deliver projects while driving automation and AI adoption across the conversion lifecycle. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance accuracy, scalability, and client delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in software development, technical ops, implementations, or related functions.
• Deep expertise in data conversion/migration: mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation with ETL.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team supporting customer data conversion and migration initiatives.
• Oversee software development, maintenance, and technical processes for conversion projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery outcomes.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency efforts.
• Support system integrations, data conversion activities, and technical delivery processes.
• Foster collaboration among technical and business stakeholders.
