As a core technical contributor, you will deliver end-to-end cloud-native, microservices-based solutions and guide best practices across the SDLC. The role emphasizes secure coding, AI-assisted development, and resilient architectures to prevent single points of failure while enabling zero-downtime releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience including system design, development, testing, and operational support.
• Strong Java 17 and Spring Boot development experience with REST APIs, Spring Security, schedulers, and multi-module Maven apps.
• Strong Python development experience, preferably with FastAPI, async processing, Poetry, Gunicorn, and pytest.
• Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS, and responsive apps.
• Experience with modern frontend tooling and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, Jest, React Testing Library, Axios, React Router, and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience designing secure REST integrations using JSON, XML, OAuth2, SAML, TLS/mTLS, and certificate-based auth.
• Experience with identity technologies like ADFS, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, RBAC, and X.509 certificates.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with emphasis on validation of AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Deliver end-to-end cloud-native, microservices-based applications leveraging latest technologies.
• Use domain modeling to build clear, testable, evolvable business products.
• Develop secure production code and review code written by others.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation to improve stability.
• Lead communities of practice to promote new technologies.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices with proper validation and standards.
• Apply SDLC tools and AI-assisted development capabilities to improve automation value.
• Continuously update technologies and patterns to stay current.
• Design scalable architectures to avoid single points of failure and enable zero-downtime releases.
