Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Live Site Management and cloud production practices.
• Define and improve SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, capacity planning.
• Advance observability: logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerts.
• Drive major incident response, root-cause analysis, and durable remediation.
• Establish production health, availability, performance, and resiliency measures.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices with validated AI outputs.
