Qualifications

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

This role involves leading technical teams, setting architectural direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust software products.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
• Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product management, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency, quality, and predictability.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve software development processes and product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing complex software systems using relevant programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python, C#) and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, driving successful project outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
