Freedom Technology Solutions Group currently seeks a Software Engineer Lead to build high-performance, distributed systems for enterprise data and AI/ML driven applications. You will collaborate with software developers, ETL teams, and data scientists to enhance production apps and create new services on a routinized cadence.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years backend development with Python and Java.
• 4–6 years frontend development with Angular.
• 6–8 years AWS architecture design.
• 6–8 years Linux experience including shell scripting.
• 2–3 years AI/ML development and data science understanding.
• 6–8 years with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 6–8 years in Cloud environments (C2S or AWS).
• 6–8 years in microservices, Docker/Podman, containerization.
• 6–8 years OO programming; Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate with iterative software development teams and reporting.
• Integrate AI/ML into a production web application.
• Design, develop, and unit test production system code.
• Develop rapid prototypes to drive requirements and design.
• Demonstrate features to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Meet with stakeholders to translate requirements into tasks.
• Create technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and compliance.
• Write documentation for application workflows and procedures.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security.
