Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML capabilities for mission-critical geospatial and intelligence systems. You will bridge software engineering, cloud architecture, and data science to build scalable pipelines for secure government environments.

This hands-on role moves models from research to production, focusing on reliability and integration with stakeholders across data science and software teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying production AI/ML systems in secure environments.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into technical specs and programs.
• Experience building scalable ML pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Strong collaboration with data scientists and software engineers.
• Experience with cloud services and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models.
• Build production inference pipelines and APIs for AI capabilities.
• Develop feature engineering workflows and optimize model performance.
• Implement MLOps for CI/CD of ML models.
• Deploy AI workloads to AWS cloud environments and monitor drift.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data mapping and integration needs.
• Assist in implementing integration solutions with the development team.
• Ensure processes align with mission objectives and standards.
• Document processes, patterns, and lessons learned.
