JPMorganChase in Chicago is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive full-stack development across Java, AI, and React within an agile team. You will design, implement, and scale trusted technology products in a secure, resilient environment.

You will be a core technical contributor guiding APIs, microservices and cloud-native architectures, while mentoring engineers and improving code quality and delivery speed with AI-assisted practices.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java/JVM and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience building robust APIs and microservices Architectures.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for distributed messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Advanced skills in PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Demonstrated ability in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Experience in real-time data processing.
• Proven experience with React JS and modern front-end development practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading effective use of AI-assisted software development tools with validation standards.
• Strong hands experience with responsible AI in engineering workflows.
