You will lead development efforts, apply AI-assisted practices, ensure secure coding, and drive improvements across the software lifecycle while collaborating with global teams.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Java or Python; frontend experience with React.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS).
• Experience leading the use of AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Executes creative software solutions and technical troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' code.
• Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Uses SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development, to improve automation and value.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met.
• Analyzes large data sets to visualize and report for continuous improvement of software and systems.
• Identifies data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
