As a Lead Software Engineer, you will contribute technically across multiple domains, driving AI-assisted development, secure coding practices, and rapid delivery within an agile team.

You will mentor peers, shape design and implementation, and help ensure operational stability and resilient systems across the enterprise.

Qualifications

5+ years of applied software engineering experience.
Experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted development tools and setting team expectations for outputs.
Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, secure handling and security expectations.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficient in Python.

Responsibilities

Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting across multiple technical areas.
Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
Identifies opportunities to automate remediation to improve stability of software applications and systems.
Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive adoption of new technologies.
