You will deliver trusted technology products at scale, guiding architecture decisions and championing secure, resilient software practices. You will lead AI-assisted development initiatives, ensure code quality, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): components, content architecture, templates, OSGi, Sling Models, and dispatcher configurations; cloud/service variants
• Strong knowledge of Adobe’s marketing ecosystem (Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) and their integration with AEM
• Hands-on proficiency with modern front-end technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS/SCSS, responsive design
• Solid understanding of web security, SEO practices, WCAG 2.x, and performance optimization
• Demonstrated experience leading approved AI-assisted software development tools with validation standards
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, resiliency and security
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems; cloud native experience

• Executes advanced software solutions and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others’ code
• Drives AI-assisted engineering adoption to improve code quality and delivery
• Applies SDLC tooling knowledge to boost automation value
• Identifies and automates recurring issues to improve stability
• Leads architecture reviews with vendors and teams to assess designs
