Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack development.
• Experience evaluating or developing AI-powered solutions and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engineers and leadership.

• Provide technical leadership and delivery ownership for a portfolio of software products and platforms.
• Champion AI-assisted software development practices to improve productivity and quality.
