Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Hands-on system design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Java/JEE/Spring/Spring Boot and secure coding practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and ensuring quality, security, and performance.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI practices in engineering workflows.
• Proficient in SDLC phases, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and collaborates to solve complex problems beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Leads adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation to improve value and consistency.
• Identifies opportunities to automate recurring issues for better stability.
• Leads evaluation of architectural designs with internal teams and external vendors.
