Senior Full Stack Engineer

Remote (US) | Optional Hybrid: Raleigh, NC or Kansas City, MO

Pay Range

$175,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr (Base pay)

What You’ll Do

• Build and own production features across Node.js, React, and AWS
• Design backend services and APIs in a cloud-native / serverless environment
• Own complex integrations end‑to‑end
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and observability
• Partner closely with product and domain stakeholders
• Lead by example through code quality, system design, and sound judgment

What We’re Looking For

• Senior experience with Node.js in production systems
• Strong exposure to AWS and modern cloud‑native patterns
• Solid React experience (comfortable contributing to existing codebases)
• Experience owning integrations in distributed systems
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and autonomy

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, X12, or complex B2B integrations
