Citigroup is seeking a Fraud Lead Systems Analyst to drive senior-level system analysis and programming activities in collaboration with the Technology team. The role focuses on leading complex projects, enhancing fraud prevention and detection capabilities, and aligning functions to deliver new products and process improvements.

The position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with prior leadership experience and familiarity with agile methods.

Descrizione del lavoro

The Fraud Lead Systems Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
  • Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Extensive experience in fraud prevention, detection, and operations within a large-scale environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a management role, with a track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of fraud typologies, alert processing workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Direct experience with Generative AI, machine learning, or other AI-driven projects, preferably in a financial services or technology context.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Primary Location: Jacksonville Florida United States

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $113,840.00 - $170,760.00
