Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks a Fraud Lead Systems Analyst to lead systems analysis and programming within the Technology team for fraud prevention initiatives. The role partners with management to define enhancements for new products and process improvements, and to deploy them effectively.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of fraud experience, strong project management and communication skills, and hands-on AI/ML experience in a financial services or technology context.

Job description

The Fraud Lead Systems Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
  • Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Extensive experience in fraud prevention, detection, and operations within a large-scale environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a management role, with a track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of fraud typologies, alert processing workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Direct experience with Generative AI, machine learning, or other AI-driven projects, preferably in a financial services or technology context.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
