Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the GPS HST Technology team to design, build, test, and deploy software solutions aligned with mission needs. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in software engineering, Agile delivery, and testing, with travel flexibility of up to 20%.

• Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of software engineering, application development, or systems implementation experience
• 4+ years of experience with at least one programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or SQL

• 1+ year of experience supporting government or public sector programs

• 1+ year of experience with application programming interfaces, system integration, or microservices architecture
