Job summary

Deloitte GPS – Government and Public Services is seeking a System Design Specialist to support implementation and operations across project workstreams. You will produce deliverables, review outputs for quality, and apply knowledge of client environments to day-to-day execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of consulting/industry experience, and ability to travel up to 20%. Experience with state government projects is preferred. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Experience with state government projects

• Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Experience managing small to mid-size engagements or workstreams and leading multiple team members
• Experience mentoring or leading multiple team members
