Job summary

REDLattice is seeking a Software Engineer to support the development, integration, and sustainment of mission-critical software systems. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows-based applications and data processing pipelines used to collect and disseminate lawfully collected data.

You will collaborate with users, engineers, and mission stakeholders to deliver capabilities, perform full lifecycle software development, and contribute to scalable, reliable systems for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience performing software development at the user or kernel level.
• Experience deriving design specifications and developing, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining complex software solutions.
• Experience multi-tier software design and application development.
• Significant experience with C and C# (object-oriented programming).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance; willingness to obtain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle software development support with direct interaction with users and stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and maintain Windows applications and systems for data collection, processing, and dissemination.
• Support data source integration and development of data visualizations within law enforcement mission management systems.
• Contribute to system-level design to optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Translate designs into operational software solutions and test, debug, and refine applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, system architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver mission-focused capabilities.
• Participate in design reviews and development discussions.
