Build and evolve scalable test automation frameworks that increase regression coverage, improve testing efficiency and accelerate continuous integration, deployment and delivery across complex applications.

Strengthen application performance, security and resilience by shaping performance, load, security and service virtualization testing strategies that uncover risks before they impact clients or production environments.

Influence engineering quality standards by applying Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and automation practices that improve testability, maintainability and long-term application performance.

Own quality outcomes for complex client initiatives by partnering with developers, business stakeholders and test teams to prioritize risk, strengthen test strategies and deliver solutions that meet client and business expectations.

What you’ll bring

6+ years of relevant professional experience in software testing, coding, software design or development, with demonstrated success delivering quality engineering solutions within complex technology environments.

A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or another technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Strong experience designing and developing automated testing frameworks and test suites, including unit, component, application programming interface (API), functional, regression, performance and security testing.

Hands‑on knowledge of Java, Selenium, continuous integration (CI) technologies and modern testing tools, with experience integrating automated test suites into software delivery pipelines.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Test‑Driven Development and Behavior‑Driven Development, combined with the judgment and collaboration skills to influence quality across engineering teams.

It’s a bonus if you have a master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or another relevant technical discipline.

8+ years of relevant experience, including success developing automated testing strategies across multiple environments, applications and frameworks.
