Job summary
Everforth Apex is seeking a Lead Software Architect to guide the development and implementation of durable software architectures with a focus on cybersecurity and digital engineering integration. You will translate customer needs into a plan by developing architectures and leading tangible software releases, cloud migrations, and technical innovation within an Agile process.
This role requires 10+ years in software architecture, aviation/Navy experience, and strong proficiency in C++, Java, or
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software architecture and implementation experience.
- 5+ years in aviation or Navy environments.
- Experience with SysML or UML and OO languages (C++, Java, C#).
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Kanban and cloud migrations.
- Ability to lead competitive proposal efforts and multi-opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Engineering; ability to obtain security certifications.
Responsibilities
- Guide development and implementation of durable software architectures.
- Architect products, strategies, and process improvements with DE integration.
- Translate solutions into tangible software releases and cloud migrations.
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver results in an Agile DE process.
- Support proposal efforts in a competitive environment.
